• JTH Wholesale reserves the right to withhold shipments until payment is received in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders using our selected carriers unless otherwise agreed.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  

• Free shipping may be available when the order total is $799 or more and the delivery address is within 70 miles of our business location.

• For delivery locations more than 70 miles away, a minimum order of $799 applies, and a regional shipping rate will be charged.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

• Any delivery delays caused by carriers, inspections, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless goods are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Any claims must be made in writing within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.

• Products are not eligible for return due to expiry date unless the product received has an expiration or best-by date within 2 months of delivery, and the claim is made in writing within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.

• Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

7. Product Use & Resale

• Our products are intended for resale and commercial use only.

• Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety, labeling, and resale regulations in their respective regions.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, images, and designs on the Site are the property of JTH Wholesale.

• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• JTH Wholesale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
