Free shipping may be available when the order total is $799 or more and the delivery address is within 70 miles of our business location.
For delivery locations more than 70 miles away, a minimum order of $799 applies, and a regional shipping rate will be charged.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
Any delivery delays caused by carriers, inspections, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless goods are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Any claims must be made in writing within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
Products are not eligible for return due to expiry date unless the product received has an expiration or best-by date within 2 months of delivery, and the claim is made in writing within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety, labeling, and resale regulations in their respective regions.
