    • Domestic within the United States: 3–7 business days.

  • Final shipping costs will be confirmed before payment is requested.

5. Risk of Loss & Damages

  • All orders are carefully packed before shipping.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 3 business days with photos so we can assist you.

6. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

  • JTH Wholesale is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
